The Germinator is a heavy set-preparer for final pre-sowing preparation
In just one pass, the AGROMA Germinator creates an almost ideally compacted sowing surface of the soil, with a loose covering in the upper zone of equal depth for sowing and the most demanding crops such as: sugar beet, oilseed rape, various vegetable crops, etc.
The design of the machine ensures an almost ideal seed layer of the soil. The sowing substrate has a harder structure, in order to obtain moisture and a uniform sowing depth over the entire surface, and the loose upper layer above the seeds ensures uniform sprouting.
The machine is designed as a trailed tool with a working reach of 8m.
In front, there is a hydraulically foldable tool carrier with two "pyramids" (three-point suspension), on which two wings of 4m each are mounted. Each working wing consists of two working sections with a width of 2m each for better and more precise copying of the terrain.
The working organs (straight germinator hoes) are connected via a hinged quadrilateral to the frame of the machine, which ensures precise guidance and uniform working depth, and this is a very important fact regarding uniform sprouting.
The leveling boards are adjusted mechanically by means of a threaded spindle and without tools.
Optionally, 1 or 2 pairs of working organs can be placed in front of the machine, most often in the form of a duck's leg to follow the tracks of the tractor wheels.
On the machine itself, the 270 mm diameter slatted roller for crushing the soil, which has a high peripheral speed, goes first.
Behind the front roller there is an adjustable leveling board, and behind the leveling board there are working organs in the form of flat germination hoes placed in 3 rows.
Behind the working organs comes the slatted rotor again, and behind it is another leveling board.
At the very end of the machine there is a heavy cast "Crosskill" roller with a diameter of 400 mm, which mainly serves to stabilize the sowing layer of the soil.
